Cairanne Blanc is a fairly rare wine in that it represents          less than 5% of the wines of Cairanne.  Always rich and full-bodied, this wine from the south has mineral undertones.  The Domaine Boisson team has a real passion for the production of whites; the grapes are collected and brought to the wine cellar in crates of 15kg to avoid the premature crushing and oxidisation, and thus maintain the finesse of this wine.

Grape Varieties
30% Clairette, 30% Roussane, 20% White Grenache, 10% Viognier, 10% Bourboulenc
