The grapes which produce this wine come from old vines - 20 to 110 years old - and three different terroirs, which give it a lovely complexity and above all a balance between strength and finesse.

Tasting Notes
Colour : A deep, brilliant cherry red
Nose: Powerful and elegant, marked by complex aromas associated with scents of ripe stone fruit (cherry), and fresh fruit (blackcurrant), along with nuances of liquorice.

Palate: The immediate impression is rounded and rich, with flavours of crisp fruit (cherry, strawberry), heightened by notes of pepper and liquorice. The final impression is smooth and mellow.
