The Cuvée L’Exigence is produced from a selection of the oldest white grape vines, with a low yield of 30 hl/ha.

Half of the must is placed in barrels to undergo malolactic fermentation, which makes it mellow and long in the mouth, thus making it into a wine that will keep for 5 years.

Grape varieties
50% Roussane, 35% White Grenache, 20% Clairette, 5% Bourboulenc

Tasting notes
Colour: A pale clear straw colour with gold reflections.
Nose: Very fine opening into notes of white flowers and fruit. With aeration, fragrances of ripe yellow fruit emerge along with light notes of butter and vanilla.
Palate: Rounded and strong flavour, with a good balance between the crispness of the Roussane and the freshness, fineness, and elegance of the Clairette, giving an impression of volume and creaminess produced by the White Grenache.
