This cuvée is made from grapes growing on the best sections of the Domaine Boisson, i.e. old vines and best terroirs. The yield is low -30 hl/ha- enabling this wine to be kept for 10+ years. Due to the distinctiveness of the older vines, this Cuvée L’Exigence features the typical characteristics of a Cairanne - the finesse and elegance of a distinguished wine.

Serve with
Excellent accompaniment for braised beef rib. As it ages, it would perfectly suit a winter dish of game and wild mushrooms such as cèpes.
